The OMNI Surgical System enables a comprehensive, implant-free MIGS procedure that reduces intraocular pressure by addressing three areas of resistance in the aqueous outflow system—the trabecular meshwork, Schlemm’s canal, and the collector channels. Suitable to all stages of primary open-angle glaucoma, OMNI can be performed as a standalone procedure or combined with cataract surgery.

OMNI® Ultra is now FDA cleared for canaloplasty followed by trabeculotomy in adult patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Building on the proven OMNI platform, OMNI Ultra is the first FDA-cleared MIGS device for single-pass circumferential canaloplasty and features TruSync™ Plus technology for precise viscodilation. Commercial availability is planned for Q4 2026, and additional launch and ordering information will be shared as availability approaches.

OMNI® Edge with TruSync™ technology enables surgeons to dispense up to 21 µL of viscoelastic with precise control, while maintaining the trusted ergonomics, safety, and versatility of the OMNI Surgical System. TruSync™ is a patented viscoelastic delivery technology synchronized with surgeon rotation of the control wheel — enabling consistent, predictable, and reproducible viscoelastic deployment along every treated clock hour of Schlemm’s canal.

OMNI® Surgical System with TruSync™ technology is a handheld, single-use device for minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. It delivers up to 11 µL of viscoelastic and provides 360-degree access to the eye’s conventional outflow system through a single clear corneal microincision.
